INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP SYMPOSIUM 2022
On behalf of the Center for Innovation in Higher Education and The Graduate School, the inaugural Inclusive Leadership Professional Symposium was a roaring success!. ILPS was designed with graduate students and new professionals in mind! We wanted to create a unique space and leadership development experience where discussions and sessions are authentic, unscripted, collaborative, and inclusive. The line between attendee and facilitator is blurred as the interchange of information and experiences leads to (re)shaping equity-minded leaders to advance their profession and achieve even greater success.
The Planning Team worked hard to provide an invigorating learning experience to break away from our usual frenetic pace and “do the work” of self-reflection, healing, growth, and actualization. Our hope is that the investment time during the symposium provided an opportunity to ponder the questions of what it means to emerge as a leader, individually and as a collective. Wherever you are on your leadership journey, we hope that you gained something personal and professional from this communal gathering.
